These terms cover commissions placed with Nibby. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Nibby (Nibby Art Studio) is a studio creating bespoke, hand-painted commissions. You can reach us at support@nibbysart.com.
Commissions are made to order
Every piece is hand-painted to order from your brief. As original, handmade work, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from any reference or on-screen preview — colours in particular can differ between a screen and the finished painting.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and confirmed before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Timescales
Hand-painted work takes time. Any timings or dates we give are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may move with our workload or the nature of your brief. We'll keep you updated on progress.
Your brief & reference material
You are responsible for any reference material you provide and confirm you have the right to use it. Please don't send material that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
Intellectual property
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Nibby retains copyright and reproduction rights in the artwork. You receive the physical piece for personal, non-commercial use. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio or social media unless you ask us not to.
Cancellations & refunds
Because commissions are made to order, cancellation and refund rights are limited once work has begun — please see our Refund & Returns Policy for the detail and your statutory rights.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.
