Who controls your data
Nibby Art Studio is the data controller for the information you provide. Contact us at support@nibbysart.com about anything in this policy.
What we collect
Your name, email address, delivery and billing address, the details of your commission (size, references, instructions, deadline), and any correspondence with us.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that as a PCI-compliant payment processor. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they use your data.
How we use it
To take payment, create and deliver your commission, send order confirmations and updates, respond to your messages, and keep records for accounting and legal purposes.
Legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you (your order), to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and for our legitimate interests in running the studio. Where required, we rely on your consent.
Who we share it with
Only those needed to fulfil your order: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), and delivery couriers. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage & retention
We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfil the commission and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, or object to certain processing. Email support@nibbysart.com and we'll respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
